I have been looking forward to today since about Wednesday of this week!! I knew that tonight I would be having my cheat meal at one of my favorite Nashville restaurants, Mere Bulles!! Mere Bulles has the low-country cuisine similar to what you find in Charleston, SC! It’s AMAZING!!!!
Someone suggested to me that I call this meal a “treat” meal verus a “cheat” meal because it doesn’t sound like I am doing something wrong if I call it “treat”. I like that idea because this meal is necessary and it really is what I need to do once a week!!
So, here’s how my day went and what I had for my “treat” meal:
Day 20
8:00am – Wake Up
8:15am – coffee w/unsweetened almond milk & stevia, Omelet made w/3 egg whites. 1 whole egg, 2 Roma tomatoes, 1/2 Tbsp of EVOO, 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
8:45am – Barre Amped Class
10:00am – Crossfit Class (We did a Team Workout today and it was tough!! I loved it!)
11:00am – 1 pack Justin’s almond butter
1145am -Walk/Run 2.5 mile Trail run
1:15pm – Sauteed shrimp & green beans, 2 Tbsp of hummus, 2 Tbsp almond butter
4:30pm – 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries, 1 pack of Justin’s almond butter
7:00pm – (‘Treat’ (cheat) meal at Mere Bulles in Nashville) She-crab Soup, bread, Stuff grilled chicken with spinach, feta, and served with spinach risotto, carrot cake, Cabernet red wine
11:00pm- Almonds
